The Israelites Cross the Jordan River
I've been teaching the preschool class for our Children's Ministry time on Sunday mornings (I'll be taking a break soon when the baby comes for a while). This past week we talked about Joshua 3:1-4:24. The point we were trying to get across to the children was that the Israelites needed to cross the Jordan River. Joshua told the priests to stand in the river. As their feet touched the water, it parted, and the people walked across on dry land. I found this fun craft for the kids to make. It really helped the preschoolers understand the lesson!
