- 1lb ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning (follow directions on packet)
- 2 cans refrigerated pizza dough
- 8oz shredded cheddar
- 3 tablespoon chopped cilantro - optional
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup salsa
Cook ground beef.
Stir in 1/2 cup water and taco seasoning. Cook 4 minutes & set aside.
Roll out each pizza dough. Divide into quarters.
Divide meat, cheese, and cilantro on each, evenly.
Fold over to make a calzone and seal.
Bake on a cookie sheet at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
Combine salsa and sour cream and serve as a dip!
