Things you'll need:
Enough tomatoes to cover the bottom of a 9x13 pan. I used cherry tomatoes.
First cut all your tomatoes in half, or quarter (otherwise it'll be too watery of a sauce)
Fill the baking pan full of tomatoes.
Add in crushed garlic, drizzle olive oil on top, and put in 2 TBSP Balsamic Vinegar
Bake for 40 minutes at 400 degrees.
Put the tomatoes in a food processor (sorry, no picture here) on low speed.
Blend to desired consistency. Add in Italian Seasoning, Salt & Pepper to taste.
Let it cool COMPLETELY.
Store in freezer bags.
